We ship via US Postal Service. Please allow 2 weeks for shipping. Most orders are shipped within 2 or 3 business days.

Actual shipping and handling charges will be used when credit card is charged. Shipping charges that appear on your order form are estimates based on the total dollar amount.

Despite efforts to update our inventory online regularly, we do not guarantee that all items are still in stock at the time of order. We are sorry for any inconvenience in this regard.

Cindy's Quilt Shop Returns Policy:

Return Limitations apply, please see below*.

• Refunds will be issued if item(s) are defective. We will issue you a full refund on the items minus shipping costs after receipt of original item.

• All returns must occur within 30 days of the shipping date on your invoice.
◊ All items must be received in original shipping condition.
◊ All returns cannot be washed or have odors that render them unsellable.

• Shipping fees are not refunded unless item is defective.
◊ Cindy's Quilt Shop is not responsible for lost or stolen returns, we suggest you insure your item for return purposes.

Return Limitations:

• All Books, Patterns, and Magazines are not returnable due to copyright issues.

• Cut-to-order fabric is returnable, if unwashed and has no odor, but will be subject to a 10% restocking fee.

• Kits are returnable if unopened. If opened, 10% restocking fee will apply.
